At SparkleClean, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected. Here is our return policy to help ensure we meet your expectations.

Digital Products:

  • Refunds: Since our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download, we generally offer no refunds. If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not downloaded our product, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request.
  • Exception Case: Refund requests made due to technical issues with the product will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We usually require proof that you have attempted to resolve these issues with our support team before a refund can be issued.

Workshops and Tutorials:

  • Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your enrollment at any time up to three days before the scheduled start of the workshop or tutorial for a full refund. If you cancel within 72 hours of the class start date, we will offer a 50% refund.
  • Non-attendance: If you fail to attend a workshop or tutorial without notifying us, no refund will be offered.

To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order number, the email address used during purchase, and your refund request reason. Our team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.
